We would like the opportunity to promote your business or event locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

FORMATS/RATES:
We distribute your information to our email database of 200,000+ Internet members in either two formats:
1.) Press Release email "PROMO" - (Includes text, one graphic, no sound $150
2.) Electronic Press Kit - E-CARD "PROMO" - (bio (or) press release, (4) graphics, (3) songs, links to website and purchase product link, contact information. Cost: $350.00 Additional $50.00 to add Video file.
3.) Pre-designed Promo - (Flyer or Electronic Press Kit E-CARD) - If you design your own "PROMO", the cost is $250.00. We can promote your company WEBSITE as long as the homepage does not have any flash. <2-5 day turnaround> Spec requirements listed below. Make sure all your text and links are on it before you send it to us. We don't touch your design at all!
The above rates are based on sending your email blast promo out (1) time to the entire database. If you are a return client, you will receive a $50.00 discount. If you pay for (3) promotions upfront, you will receive the 4th promotion for FREE. However, the check must be received upfront for all three promotions. NOTE: RUSH PROMOS must be paid via Cashiers Check or Money Order. Add $50.00 for rush orders. Turn around dates listed above.
PROCESS & PROCEDURES CHECK LIST:
1.) Email content event/announcement (GRAPHICS/TEXT, ETC.) to: calvin@nextlevelproductionz.com or deesivan@hotmail.com.
2.) Make sure that all TEXT is in MS-word or email format and properly formatted with spell-check. Double check your text, we do not make changes to your content. PLEASE NOTE: Please proof read your TEXT before submitting to Next Level Productionz.
3.) All photos and/or logo should be emailed in jpeg format.
4.) Email MP3 Music Files (30-45 seconds) or Snail-Mail music for E-card promos. List the songs you want us to include.
5.) Include all contact information. (Booking/management/radio servicing/publicity)
6.) Turn-around time is (5 days for a press release promo & 2-5 days for pre-designed promos) and (7-10 days for electronic press kit/ e-card promo). We will send you a TEST EMAIL to PROOF/APPROVE.
SPECIFICS FOR PRE-DESIGNED PROMO:
A "Single Image HTML Promo"
Image Size: Maximum size of 600 X 800
File Size: Maximum size of 100k, we will compress as needed
Resolution: All files submitted must be 72 dpi
Color Mode: All files must be in RGB color mode
File Type: JPG/GIF
Link: submit a single website URL along with the promo, for linking.

at recipients email - type in deesivan@hotmail.com at the amount line, type in the amount that you are sending, at category of purchase line - click on Service - click on email subject - please type - payment for (your project name) in note column - please type your full name and your project title. Please pay with a CREDIT CARD or E-CHECK.
